The country has made by the country to achieve a more efficient management of the biodiversity, not only for conservation but also for the social and economic benefit of the population. Amazonian fruits form part of the great Amazonian biodiversity and constitute a production chain for fruticulture in Colombia. Their potential has been widely investigated and their position in local markets has already passed the initial stages. The Amazon Scientific Research Institute "SINCHI" with Colombia Frutas de la Amazonia, while providing technical and commercial information but aims to encourage the valuing of the richness and biodiversity of the Amazon that all Colombians share and thereby promote the integral and sustainable development of our people.
