REQUESTS, COMPLAINTS, CLAIMS, SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLIMENTS

With the desire to consolidate itself as an open-door scientific research institute, any citizen can send to the SINCHI Institute their requests, complaints, suggestions, issues or congratulations regarding the Institute's own functions, by e-mail [email protected] or by regular mail to Calle 20 N ° 5-44 Bogota DC or the addresses of the different SINCHI Institute offices. The process for your Requests, Complaints, Suggestions, Claims, or Congratulations implies a study and an adequate response, which will be generated within fifteen (15) business days after the submission of the Request, Complaint, Suggestion , Claim, or Congratulations. The Response to your Request, Complaint, Suggestion, Claim or Congratulations will be made through the same medium used when submitting your request or by the means that you indicate in writing.

To avoid excessive use of paper, based on state environmental policies, we appreciate if you indicate an email address where we may provide the answer in a more agile and ecologically responsible way.

It is important that you properly fill out the requested information, so that your complaint, claim, suggestion or congratulations is processed in a timely manner. The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Tiempos de respuesta:
De conformidad con la Ley 1755 de 2015:

Peticiones de interés general o particular: 15 días hábiles
Peticiones de documentos y copias: 10 días hábiles
Consultas: 30 días hábiles
Denuncias: Se remiten a la autoridad competente y se informa al denunciante
Reclamos: 15 días hábiles
Quejas y Sugerencias: 15 días hábiles
Felicitaciones: Respuesta inmediata o dentro de 10 a 15 días hábiles

PQRSD Anónimas:
El Instituto SINCHI recibe peticiones, quejas, reclamos, sugerencias, denuncias y felicitaciones de manera anónima, conforme a la Ley.
